The SAP Business One team at Leverage Technologies is constantly working on ways to improve customer service, support and the overall customer engagement / experience with SAP Business One. With an ever growing list of functionality available for SAP Business One it is critical that customers are kept up to date with new and existing functionality. With this in mind Leverage Technologies customers are offered free monthly SAP Business One training.
SAP Business One training topics are usually based on customer request and consultation with the Leverage Technologies support team for SAP Business One. As examples recent topics have included SAP Business One administration and the SAP Business One Payment Wizard.
Leverage Technologies sends out customer newsletters twice a month. One of these newsletters is an update of up and coming training topics. These newsletters offer a quick and easy registration process for the free SAP Business One online training.
The training is conducted by SAP Business One experts. Recent courses have been conducted by Warren Roberts (12 years SAP Business One experience) and Brett Mundell (12 years SAP Business One experience). The February 2016 training will be conducted by Richard Duffy (12 years SAP Business One experience with 10 years’ experience working for the global team at SAP).
Wanting to contribute towards the broader SAP Business One community, the team at Leverage Technologies has also made the free training sessions available to the broader on-line community through the Leverage Technologies YouTube channel.
