What are SAP Business One ToolTips?
A new option that is now active is in any screen that has the drill down “golden arrow”, when you hover over the field with the drill down, SAP Business One now pops up a screen with additional information called a tooltip.
The good news is that the tooltips can be customised by you as an end user and work on both SAP Business One version for SQL and HANA!

User Defined Tables with Auto Incrementing Codes
SAP Business One User Defined Tables
Heres one for the more technical readers…
Have you ever needed to import data in to a user defined table but have been frustrated by the fact that SAP Business One insisted on creating a unique code and a name for each record in the table?
So if you are importing data from an external system you would have had to write logic to create the next unique record number.
Now there’s a new option in the Object Type field called “No Object with Auto Increment” that allows you bypass that process so importing data is now quicker and easier with less preparation required for importing your structured and unstructured data.
Here’s a quick video that shows you how to use the new feature.
